2 Large Chocolate Bars (4.4oz each), broken into little pieces
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cup white sugar
2 cups sifted self-rising flour
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 stick butter
Vanilla Ice cream
Pre-heat oven to 375. Put stick of butter in a 13x9 baking pan and place in oven to melt.
In large bowl sift all flour except for 1 tablespoon. Add sugar, vanilla, milk and lemon juice to bowl with sifted flour. Stir until blended.
Carefully remove baking pan from oven and slowly pour mixture into hot buttered pan
In separate dry bowl place all chocolate and spray lightly with pan spray; toss with remaining flour. Drop chocolate evenly over batter
Return pan to oven and cook for approximately 40-45 minutes or until slightly golden.
Cobbler is best served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream!
