1 quart strawberries, hulled and halved
5 peaches, chopped with skin on
2 boxes Vanilla pudding mix
4 tbs. pineapple juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tub cool whip
1 box of keebler shortbread cookies
Add peaches to a bowl and puree with immersion blender or mixer. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add pudding mix, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and whisk together until blended.
Then fold in tub of cool whip.
In a trifle dish, add layer of cookies, then strawberries then pudding mix.
Continue layering until you reach the top of the disk.
Place in fridge until ready to serve.
