Sausage Soup

1 pound sausage of your choice, cooked, crumbled and drained

2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, flavor of your choice
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced

2 cups water, chicken broth or beef broth

Salt, pepper, and ground celery seed to taste

Pinch of dried thyme


Combine all ingredients in a medium size soup kettle. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
