A Sevier County jury has indicted a Sevierville woman on a charge of aggravated statutory rape for allegedly engaging in a sexual act with a 16-year-old boy.
According to an arrest report, Sandra Justus, 45, engaged in oral sex with a 16-year-old boy inside her car on February 11.
Sevier County deputies arrested Justus on March 16. Justus later waived her preliminary hearing.
A grand jury charged Justus with one count of aggravated statutory rape on Sept. 19.
Sevier County Schools confirmed to 10News that Justus served as a substitute teacher from 2008-2009. Administrators paid her for one day of substitute teaching in the last pay period of that school year.
