A Knoxville woman said she was speechless when she found out she won a million dollar lottery jackpot.

The Tennessee Lottery says Tammy Purkey, who works as a reservation agent in Pigeon Forge, matched all 5 white numbers in Saturday's Powerball drawing.   She claimed the prize on Tuesday at the Lottery's Nashville headquarters.

She says she will spend her winnings wisely, and was especially happy that her luck came just before the holidays.

Purkey purchased her ticket at the Pilot on 6432 Asheville Hwy. in Knoxville. The retailer will receive $5,000 for selling the lucky ticket.
