Due to inclement weather, Knox County Public Library will delay Saturday openings until noon
Due to the icy conditions, tonight's "Get Pink'd" Basketball games, CAK vs Oliver Springs, have been canceled. The event will be rescheduled to Saturday, Feb. 2 with the JV Boys game at 4:30 p.m., Varsity Girls at 6 p.m. and Varsity Boys at 7:30 p.m.
Knoxville Center and West Town Mall are closing at 4 pm Friday. They will reopen at 10 am Saturday.
SAT testing scheduled for tomorrow morning at Bearden High School has been canceled. It will be rescheduled at a later date.

Knox County government offices under the direction of Mayor Burchett will open at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Knox County's Information Technology Department has also developed a weather closings/delays page at knoxcounty.org, just click on the banner on the homepage to get the latest closings. Currently, all closing/delay information for offices under the direction of Mayor Burchett will be listed there. Also, several other county officials have chosen to use this system as well. As they get access, their closing/delay status will appear here as well. We are encouraging employees and members of the public to check this page for the current operating status of county departments during hazardous weather conditions.
