(Knoxville, WBIR) Three additional Pilot Flying J employees pleaded guilty Tuesday in a federal case tied to the on-going fraud investigation into the company.

Kevin Wallace Clark, Jay Stinnett and Holly Radford pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Clark faces five years in prison, three years supervised release and a $250,000 fine along with restitution. Stinnett faces 20 years in prison, three years supervised release and a $150,000 fine along with restitution.

According to court records, Clark worked as a Regional Sales Manager for the Missouri area and negotiated diesel fuel prices.
Stinnett was the Southeast regional sales manager, and admitted to purposely lowering rebates to customers who would not catch mistakes. Radford worked in direct sales division as a regional account representative. Prosecutors say she's responsible for anywhere from $200,000 to $400,000 in losses to Pilot Flying J customers. Clark, Stinnett and Radford will be sentenced later this year.

Tuesday's events mark a total a five guilty pleas tied to the Pilot Flying J investigation. Arnold Ralenkotter and Ashley Judd  pleaded guilty in May.

Federal investigators raided Pilot Flying J's Knoxville headquarters on April 15. Prosecutors say the company devised a rebate scheme that ripped off trucking companies.

A number of class-action lawsuits have been filed.
