Perspective on proposed blood alcohol limit reductions

The National Transportation Safety Board is recommending that the legal blood alcohol limit be reduced from .08 to .05 to reduce the number of fatal crashes due to alcohol.

They argue that at .05, some drivers start to struggle with depth perception, and by the time you reach .08, the risk of having an accident has gone up by more than 100 percent.
