A Tennessee representative is calling his recent time in the legal system a "nightmare."
Friday, David Hawk waived his arraignment in Greene County Criminal Court. He is facing a felony reckless endangerment charge after an incident in March involving his estranged wife.
She says Hawk hit her, but Hawk says he is innocent.
"This has been a nightmare. I would not wish this on anyone. I'll be glad when it's all said and done," he said.
During court Friday, Judge John Duggar took himself off the case as well. Now, the Tennessee Supreme Court will pick a judge to hear the case. Hawk is due back in court in May.
