Football will once again kick off at East Tennessee State University.
Friday, the Tennessee Board of Regents approved a new fee for students to fund the program. The new fee, which was easily passed by the board, will charge ETSU students $125 a semester.
The first game is anticipated in the fall of 2015.
It's likely the program will cost about $4.9 million a year, and bring in about $4.5 million.
A lot of details are still up in the air, such as conference affiliation, fundraising goals, and where to take the field.
