Fresh Pico de Gallo

10 tomatoes (diced)
2 cups cilantro (diced)
2 cups onion (diced)
1/4 cup fresh jalapeno (diced)
1/4 cup lime juice
1/8 cup salt
Add 1/8 cup chili powder or paprika for more heat.


First, dice the tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and jalapenos. Put diced ingredients into large mixing bowl and season with lime juice and salt. Mix contents of bowl thoroughly. Best if chopped and mixed fresh!
