The Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners has reprimanded and fined representative Scott DesJarlais for having sex with patients before he was elected to Congress.
DesJarlais is a licensed physician. He won re-election last year despite revelations he had affairs with patients and asked one of them to have an abortion.
The board fined him $500. He is also responsible for up to $1,000 in costs for the panel's investigation.
