1 package Pecan Sandy cookies, crushed
3/4 cup half and half
8 ounces chocolate chips
36 large marshmallows
1(8 ounce) Cool Whip
Set aside one cup of crumbs. Spread remaining crumbs evenly in a 9x13 serving dish. In a large bowl, melt marshmallows and chips with half and half in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Cool completely. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture over the crumbs. Smooth with back of spoon. Sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly over the top. Cover and chill at least two hours.
