That website can be found at www.rebateeducation.pilotflyingj.com.

Trucking companies that may have been victims of a fuel rebate scheme at Pilot Flying J can now find out more about a proposed class action settlement on a new website.

A federal judge has given preliminary approval to a nationwide class action settlement agreement.  The settlement class potentially includes more than 4,000 companies.

A new website, DieselRebateSettlement.com details the plan and the notice of settlement.

The agreement calls for Pilot to pay the companies 100% of what they are owed, plus 6% interest and attorney's fees.

All affected companies will be automatically included in the settlement,  unless they specifically opt out by October 15th.
