Ashley N. Jenkins, 24, of Philadelphia, Tenn., Nathan D. Johnson, 27, and Matthew L. Faulker, 28, of Philadelphia, Tenn., were detained at 984 Rady Town Road by LCSD deputies.
Two children, both under the age of six, were taken from Jenkins and Johnson's custody.
While searching for Jenkins and Johnson, a deputy stopped William Pappageorge, 33, of Niota, and Ashley N. McMahan, 23, of Lenoir City after their vehicle was located at the Inn of Lenoir motel.
Another meth lab was found in the trunk of their car.
Pappageorge and McMahan were suspects in another meth investigation.
They told authorities they manufactured meth with two other subjects at the Inn of Lenoir.
Two suspects, Ashley K. Greenwood, 21, of Lenoir City and Dustin L. Webster, 24, were detained at the motel.
All suspects involved with the meth labs were decontaminated at the scene.
They are all facing meth-related charges and other drug charges. Jenkins and Johnson are being charged with aggravated child abuse.
The Loudon County Meth Response Team responded to the scenes.
