Tennessee Highway Patrol has confirmed that all lanes on Interstate 75 are now opened.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol has now opened all southbound lanes on Interstate 75.
According to officials northbound lanes could still be shutdown until 3pm Saturday.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol now says the southbound lanes as well as all of the northbound lanes are shut down due to a tractor trailer that crashed and turned over.
They say they may be closed until 2 pm Saturday.

Dispatchers say it happened near mile marker 142 a little after 3 am Saturday. They have confirmed to 10News that it is a haz-mat situation and will take a few hours to clean up.
Authorities say there is also debris from the wreck in the southbound lanes, but they have not been completely shut down. All northbound traffic is being diverted at exit 134 near Caryville.
According to TDOT's website, they expect the wreck to be cleared by 11 am Saturday.
