Members of the 190th return home to East Tennessee
Members of an East Tennessee army unit are back home safe and sound.
Several soldiers from the 190th Combat Engineering Company returned to McGhee Tyson airport late Wednesday night after a 10-month tour in Afghanistan.
Their main role in the country was clearing bombs and other explosives from roadways.
Family members say it's great to have their loved ones back in person after months of long distance communication.
Members of the 190th began their tour of duty back in April.
They first went for training in Wisconsin before shipping out overseas.
