American Red Cross Knoxville branch deploys for Hurricane Sandy

The Knoxville branch of the American Red Cross is helping out areas affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Just like with Hurricane Isaac, The Red Cross deployed its emergency response vehicles to help out with disaster relief.

Volunteers left Knoxville on Saturday afternoon and are setting up supply stations to help. Officials said more than 100 emergency response vehicles are on alert.
