Hawkins County Sheriff's officers arrested two 19-year-olds Thursday evening after they allegedly found synthetic marijuana in the suspects' car.
Police said Jordan Tramill and Salvador Miller were booked at the Hawkins County Jail on possession of synthetic marijuana and littering charges.
Narcotics officers said they were watching surveillance video when they noticed a black Saturn had been parked, and busted the two men.
Police said they spotted a purple container of synthetic marijuana in "plain view" on the center council, which had four packages of the drug inside.
At last check, officers said Tramill was still in jail and Miller had been released on bond.
Both are set to appear in court November 14th.
The arrests are the latest in drug enforcement efforts by the Hawkins County Sheriff's and the Rogersville Police Department to crack down on drug use and sales at the city park.
