Authorities said an East Tennessee fugitive is back in custody in Hawkins County and is facing several felony charges.
United States Marshals captured Randy Edwin Harr in Gainesville, Fla. two weeks ago.
Sheriff Ronnie Lawson said prosecutors have officially charged him with 1st degree murder, aggravated burglary and aggravated arson in the death of Christopher Varalli.
Firefighters responded to a house fire at Varalli's home and found him shot last March.
Another fugitive wanted in the case, Lisa Marie Harr, turned herself into the Hawkins County Sheriff's Department shortly after marshals arrested Randy Harr.
Randy Harr is being held without bond, and no court date has been set so far. Authorities are no releasing more information at this time.
