Firefighters responded to a vacant house fire in West Knoxville shortly before 10:50 p.m. Saturday.

Neighbors reported there was a fire at 619 Agnes Road. Crews said a small fire broke out in the basement after an ember fell through the vent. KFD said the fire was able to spread just inside the front door.

KFD Captain D.J. Corcoran suspects someone started the fire. Arson investigators are on scene to determine what caused the fire. No one was injured during the incident.
