Pigeon Forge residents can start voting Friday for the city's liquor by the drink bill.
That bill narrowly passed in November, but a judge threw out the results over concerns that non residents were allowed to vote.
The group in support of liquor by the drink are encouraging voters to once again pass the measure, because it will bring in extra tax dollars that will help local schools.
Opponents argue that more children will be harmed than helped if the measure passes.
Early voting runs through March 9. Residents can cast their ballots at the Sevier County Election Commission at 1145 Dolly Parton Parkway, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m, Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. - noon on Saturdays.
Election day is March 14.
