As Tennessee lawmakers continue to debate whether to allow wine in grocery stores, people who opposed the measure have made tens of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions.

Liquor wholesalers, package stores and the beer industry have given lawmakers more than $364,000 over the past two years.

An Associated Press analysis shows six members of the Senate Finance Committee accepted $38,000 from three political action committees. That same Senate body is set to take up the bill Tuesday.

Members of the House committee set to take action on Wednesday received $15,000 from three anti-wine grocery PACs.
