Vanessa Coleman is asking for yet another retrial in the 2007 murder, torture, and rape of Channon Christian.
A judge sentenced her to 35 consecutive years in prison last month for facilitation of felony murder, aggravated kidnapping, and facilitation of rape.
Late last week, Coleman's lawyer filed for a retrial.
Among the many reasons for a new trial, the motion argues the jury convicted Coleman despite a lack of evidence that links her directly to the crimes.
Channon and her boyfriend, Chris Newsom, were murdered in 2007.
During the most recent retrial, the court didn't try Coleman for any charges linked to the death of Chris.
