Police catch murder suspect at Greyhound station

Police say a man wanted for murder in the shooting death of Knoxville man last year has been caught.

32-year-old Kenneth Wayne Washington of Knoxville has been charged with the first degree murder of Rodney Miller

Police say the shooting happened inside an apartment on South Kyle Street in November 2012.

Authorities received an anonymous tip that Washington was on a Greyhound bus and headed to Knoxville.

Officers waited for the bus inbound from Louisianna to arrive.  They then took Washington into custody as soon as he got there.

The bond on his murder charge has been set at $1,000,000.
