A woman stuck in a Middle Tennessee cave prompted a call for a team of Knox County rescuers to help in a 7 1/2 hour operation Saturday night.

Authorities said a woman from Alabama in her 40s got stuck in a cave in Van Buren County near Spencer.  Officials were called to the scene along Hwy. 111 around 3:15 p.m.
