East Tennessee Children's Hospital helps thousands of kids every year, and Thursday, they need your help to continue the work they do here in our community.
All day Thursday and Friday, Star 102.1 will be live at West Town Mall with their annual radiothon. For the past 12 years, the crew has broadcast from the mall in hopes of raising thousands of dollars.
This year, the goal is to raise more than $200,000 for new home health care products.
"We are asking for money, but we also have a great silent auction around the perimeter in the atrium here. Incredible items including a Pat Summitt signed basketball, wonderful things like luggage, gift certificates and shopping sprees at Dillard's. Come by, support the auction, say 'hi' to us and help East Tennessee kids," said Radio DJ Kim Hansard.
You can call 1-877-719-KIDS all day Thursday and Friday to donate.
