No matter which of the four entrances to the Anderson County Courthouse people use, they will be greeted by the words "In God We Trust."
The county mayor's secretary told 10News the resolution to display the phrase passed at the quarterly day session of the commission Monday.
Fourteen commissioners voted for the resolution. Two commissioners abstained from voting.
In a previous meeting, the commissioners decided not to include other phrases like "E Plubrus Unum" and the state's motto "Agriculture and Commerce."
