Football fever hit Knoxville on Saturday afternoon.
The annual Orange & White Game saw the second largest attendance at a spring game in University of Tennessee history.
61,076 fans attended the game.
1986 marks the largest attendance with 73,801 fans.
"All the excitement and the music and all the fans getting ready and then the team comes running through the Power T... it's just amazing," said Kevin Widener of Knoxville.
The Orange & White Game was the first opportunity for fans to see the new coaching staff and team in action.
"I used to not be a football fan. Totally am a football fan now. So excited to get Coach [Butch] Jones here," said Laura Estes of Lewisburg.

Some Vols fans waited in line as early as 3 a.m. to meet Coach Jones.
"I'm really excited. Looking at his 2014 recruiting class, he's already rated No. 4 in the nation," said Chris Dickhut of Cleveland, TN.
The Orange team (Defense) beat the White team (Offense), 95-71.
