Pilot Flying J C.E.O. Jimmy Haslam has agreed to talk to top trucking company officials about the FBI investigation into his company.
Federal officials raided Pilot Flying J headquarters last month, looking for evidence to support allegations that the company was cutting rebates owed to some commercial customers.
Haslam will speak next Thursday at an annual legal seminar in Indianapolis, hosted by the law firm of Scopelitis Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary. They represent more than five-thousand transportation related companies, including some of the top trucking companies in the country.
Haslam has agreed to talk about the FBI probe, and answer pre-submitted questions regarding the investigation and how the company is working to resolve the issues.
