Officers spotted Woody Driving on West Parkway Avenue but said he fled from him before they found him on Rowan Rd.

At that point, he tried to drive around the cruiser, Coward said. Woody then rammed into the side of it before spinning out into a ditch.
Woody was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated assault on a police officer, failure to yield to emergency equipment, evading arrest, and driving on a suspended license.
He was booked into the Knox Co. Detention Facility under a $105,000 bond.
