Tennessee is part of a $75 million, multi-state settlement over e-books.

The agreement is part of a widespread case where investigators found some of the nation's largest publishers purposely inflated e-book prices in order to make more money.

This particular settlement involves the Penguin Group. Under the agreement, the publishers will compensate consumers who purchased e-books between April 2010 and May 2012.
