(WBIR-Knoxville) Two men charged in the murder of a 21-year-old mother of four were bound over to a grand jury Monday.
Bound over means a grand jury will now decide if there's enough evidence to proceed with the case.
KPD has charged both Lavonte Dominique Simmons, 22, and Shawn David O'Neill, 25, of Memphis with one count of first degree murder. They are being held on a $1 million bond.
Simmons was present in the courtroom Monday. O'Neill was not.
