A single car crash Sunday afternoon in Morgan County has claimed the life of a Rockwood woman and injured a young girl riding in the vehicle.
44 year-old Anna Hall was driving a 2002 Saturn on Airport Road around 6:30 Sunday evening when she wrecked.
According to a report by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Hall failed to negotiate a curve and her car skidded, went off the road and struck a tree.
According to the report Hall was not wearing a seatbelt and would have made a difference.
Also injured in the crash was 10 year-old Morgan Hall.
