The FBI and Knoxville police made a quick arrest Friday after they say a 62-year-old man robbed a bank in Downtown Knoxville.

At 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, authorities say a man walked into the Clayton Bank on Market Street. The man said he had a gun, demanded money, and ran away with some cash.

A short time later, police arrested Nicholas Wayne Sandlin.

Police said people in the area helped them find the suspect.
