UT's signing class has been ranked 20th in the nation, not bad for a brand new coaching staff who had to scramble to hold on to commitments and make some new ones.

The biggest loss for the Vols was Vonn Bell, of Rossville, Ga., who signed with Ohio State.  The safety was a highly regarded prospect at a position the Vols really need.

From UT Sports-

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee football program announced its 2013 signing class on Wednesday, consisting of five early enrollees and 16 National Signing Day additions. Tennessee's 2013 signing class features players from eight different states, including six from Tennessee, four from Georgia and three from Florida.
