New York, NY (Sports Network) - Alabama received another first-place vote Monday when the Associated Press fixed a ballot mistake in its college football poll.

Oklahoma remained No. 1, but had 31 first-place votes instead of 32 after the changes. No. 2 Alabama went from nine first-place votes to 10.

The AP said the mix-up came about when one writer's adjusted ballot was attributed to another voter instead of replacing his original tally.

In the corrected rankings, South Carolina and Nebraska switched places, with the Gamecocks moving to No. 10, and Texas moved from No. 24 into a tie with TCU for the No. 23 ranking.

Points were adjusted elsewhere, but no teams fell out of or moved into the top 25.
